This book covers thirty-six years of Butler's automotive golden age. Includes photos of all six vehicles manufactured by local entrepreneurs during this time: the Russell-Sherman, Huselton, Standard Eight, American Austin, Bantam, and the Bantam BRC. The BRC—Bantam Reconnaissance Car and forerunner of the Jeep—was one of the most significant American vehicles ever built.
