The Butler County Historical Society is actively collecting and preserving the community’s memories of Butler’s Hot Dog Sandwich Shop. Opened in 1912 by Anthony Klutinoty, the eatery would go on to become a community staple for the residents of Butler County. Since the Shop’s closing in 2004, residents of Butler have been craving that tangy chili sauce, the fries with gravy, and of course hearing the orders yelled as you’re enjoying your 2 hots with pickle. Tell us your favorite memories by filling out the form below, sharing digital content, or donating physical materials that best represent your experiences with the Hot Dog Sandwich Shop.
