Get ready to be inspired by history-makers both on and off the field. BCHS is heading to Canton, Ohio for an all-new bus trip that will be filled with fun, football, and history!​

Friday, May 30th
Our motorcoach will depart Butler at 11 AM. After a short stop to eat, we'll arrive at the National First Ladies Library & Museum. After taking a guided tour through the site, we'll head to our hotel around 4 PM.

Saturday, May 31st
Pro Football Hall of Fame
On Saturday morning, you will get the choice to visit the Canton Classic Car Museum or the Canton Museum of Art. After a break for lunch at the Belden Village Mall, we'll head to the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

McKinley Presidential Library & Museum
After checking out of the hotel, we'll end our trip by visiting the McKinley Presidential Library & Museum

Our official hotel is the Holiday Inn Canton (Belden Village) 4520 Everhard Rd. NW, Canton, OH 44718. ** You must call the hotel at (330) 494-2770 or use the link below to reserve your own room(s)! BCHS has reserved a block of rooms at a group rate, but guests are responsible for paying for their own accommodations. Call the hotel by April 30th and tell them you’re with the Butler County Historical Society tour group to receive our discount. (Check-in Friday afternoon 5/30 – Check-out Sunday morning 6/1.)

Other accommodations: The Red Roof Inn Canton is within walking distance of our hotel if you’d rather not stay at the Holiday Inn, but please note: if you stay elsewhere, you will be responsible for getting your party to the Holiday Inn to get on and off the tour bus.
